It has been a great month seeing all the submissions from our most recent #CapturedOnFilm Challenge, as an offshoot from our #WorldPhotographyDay feature series Mediums.
We wanted to highlight at Lobster that film isn’t dead, and is very much in a popular resurgence as vintage forms come back into fashion. We wanted to celebrate the different types of Photographers we have on our Lobster platform and the different mediums in which they chose to express their talents and creativity. Well… this challenge definitely did not disappoint!… It was a challenge to pick our favorites from the 200 submissions.
However, we managed to narrow it down, so below you will see we have listed our top 5 images along with our winning photo… keep scrolling!
…And finally, our winner is the amazingly talented Berlin-based Photographer Tina Kino with this amazing shot of which she remembers her situation when she took it “like it was yesterday” – at a Christmas market in Berlin.
If you were impressed by all the amazing work we showcased in our runners up and winner today, license their work and check our their Lobster profiles by clicking on their names above. Each and everyone has a great portfolio of work in which film photography perfectly captures their moments.
We have some exciting announcements coming this week about future collaborations which may be of interest to a lot of you, so check out our Social Media platforms and give us a follow to stay up to date with all of our announcements and opportunities!
