The story behind this image as written by Reinier:

Women walk into the water, while a man is putting wet, heavy into buckets on their heads. A weird scenario. They’ll dry the sand on the shore, and will use it later to produce bricks. As the ocean shore ‘breaks open’, salt water gets into ground water. The adjacent farm lands have all become ‘salted’. Nothing is growing there anymore, making the land unusable and arid.

Thank you to Reinier, Max, and everyone who submitted! Don’t stop spreading awareness with your great work, we’re always on the lookout for great content that not only looks amazing but has an amazing message behind it!

If you’re interested in winning $250 or a Waterproof Solar Powered Battery, you can check out our other challenges here and see which #’s you should be using to get involved.
