When learning to feel the light, as many great photographers say, you may need to try shooting with your camera in the b&w mode for a while. It limits what you see to the play of light and shadows only. Taking away the color can indeed be helpful in perfecting your sense of light in photography. Go for it this weekend, play with the contrasts yourself and add your b&w photos to Lobster to get featured in our series.
