Lobster is trying out collaborations with the minimal music scene. Launching a video challenge for The audience agency working with Rune Reilly Kolsch and the Tattoorecs label.
With no titles, only tattoos as the label’s concept, Kolsch is now turning to the minimal sound loving audience to come up with abstract animation or footage to be featured in his music video.
The Audience will be choosing two 15 second Instagram videos among Lobster contributors to accompany this romantic techno remix by Kolsch https://soundcloud.com/mixmag-1/premiere-monkey-safari-cranes-kolsch-remix. To participate, please share your videos on Instagram with #Kolsch & #ilobsterit hashtags. We are looking for abstract, B&W, highly contrast videos, which could be animations or a filtered video. Contributors on Lobster are encouraged to submit any of these by sharing them on Instagram and get discovered by the music scene.
We only have as much time as a week to select the featured video, so use your time wisely and finalise your creation by Wednesday, February 18th.
This is the first time we collaborate with the minimal music scene, and we see this as a great trend for artists to engage their beloved followers in the creation, discover independent talent among them and, very importantly, source this content in a rewarding and transparent way.
